30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to love your lighting. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures, items marked as final sale, and products that have been installed or modified. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
